Conference registration fees include:

Admission to all scientific sessions and poster exhibition

Lunches, refreshments and coffee breaks during the conference

Icebreaker on Tuesday, May 21

Conference dinner on Thursday, May 23

Student registration:

Students are kindly requested to upload a letter (pdf format) with the university's letterhead and signed by the professor proofing the student status. Otherwise the student registration will not be accepted. The registration will be pending until the Organizer has approved the status.

Conference fees:

All fees indicated are payable in Euro.

 Cancellation terms:

Cancellations received up to March 21, 2024 (11:59 PM CET): full refund except of an administration fee at EUR 50.

Cancellations received up to April 21, 2024 (11:59 PM CET): 50% will be refunded. 

Cancellations received from April 21, 2024: no refund will be made.
