How to make your hotel reservation

Two of the three registration categories include one complimentary night of accommodationin a double room for single use,
from Wednesday, June 17 to Thursday, June 18.

Hotel Assignment by Registration Category

The assigned hotel depends on the selected registration category, as outlined below:

• Attendee
  Accommodation at Ramada Resort by Wyndham(conference venue)

• Student
  Accommodation at Giraffe Beach Hotel

• Regional Student
  This category does not includea complimentary one-night accommodation.
  Participants are requested to book their accommodation either directly with one of the two official conference hotels or
  through an online travel agency of their choice.

Acceptance of Complimentary Accommodation

During the online registration process, you will be asked whether you wish to accept the complimentary one-night accommodation from June 17 to June 18.

• The date of the complimentary night cannot be changed.
• If the complimentary accommodation is declined, its value cannot be deductedfrom the registration fee.

The complimentary one-night accommodation cannot be guaranteedfor registrations and payments received after May 15, and is subject to hotel availability.
We strongly recommend registering as early as possible to ensure full benefit of the registration package.
