Payment terms
Payments are accepted by wire transfer (bank transfer) or by credit card through the online registration system. Payment by wire transfer is due 14 days from the date of registration. Payment details are provided on the invoice which can be downloaded or printed via the registration system.

Please note that it is your personal responsibility to ensure that all your registration details are in accordance with your wishes. We strongly recommend that you check your confirmation carefully. You can log in and modify your registration with the log in details stated in your email confirmation.
It is also your personal responsibility to take out a sufficient travel insurance policy to cover any non-refundable payments in case of cancellation of participation. Neither the Organizer nor Crone & Co undertake any responsibility for non-refundable payments regardless of the reason of the cancellation.
